Plausible Analytics
We use Plausible.io as our primary analytics tool. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant without requiring consent. All data is aggregated and anonymous.
Google Analytics
We also use Google Analytics for additional usage insights. Google Analytics uses cookies to track anonymous usage patterns. 5. Third-Party Services
Calendly
When you click "Book a Call", we load an embedded Calendly scheduling widget. Calendly may set its own cookies within its iframe. This widget is only loaded on-demand after you click the button, not automatically on page load. Calendly's use of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Google Fonts
We load fonts (Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans) from Google Fonts. Google may log font requests; however, Google states that the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies.
Resend (Email)
If you complete the diagnostic and provide your email address, we send your ROI report via Resend, a transactional email service. Your email address is used solely for delivering the report and is not added to any marketing list without separate consent.
6. Data Retention
Diagnostic session data is stored in server memory only and is not persisted to a database. It is automatically cleared when the server restarts or the session expires. Contact information submitted via the diagnostic may be forwarded to our CRM for follow-up communication.
Analytics data collected by Plausible is retained for 24 months in aggregated, non-identifiable form. Google Analytics data retention is governed by Google's data retention settings.
